Is this bloatyness normal?

I'm 4 weeks 4 days now and had very bad bloating. Not sure if it's due to being back at work after 2 weeks off for treatment and I'm sat down all day. It's very painful and just wondered what might be safe to take if anything or food and drink that might help. Thanks xx

My one nurse said after the ec and et that movement is key to bloatedness so try and walk about when you come home or something about 30 mins no rushing though! We're only 2 days apart I'm 4wks 6 days have you booked 1st scan yet? Mine is 26th April xx
