Scratch and period?!

Hi, I start round 3 tomo 😟🤞🏻 I just wanted some views on the scratch. I had the scratch done last Tuesday and my period was due Thursday. My period started but very light and not like my normal bleed. Now I don’t know if it is my period or post scratch bleed? And worried my lining isn’t shedding probably so the new lining won’t be as good as planned? Any advice. Thanks xx

Hi there I have had the endometrial scratch and I had very very light spotting at the start of my next period, the spotting lasted 2 - 3 days and then bam, my period started, it was very heavy and lots shedded. I also recently had a biopsy which they use the exact same procedure as the scratch and again my period was the same. My periods usually last 4 days but with both procedures were 7 days long. So maybe it's the start of it and it will get heavier xx

Thank you for your comments. It’s not often you want a period to start! But at the moment I want it to! 🤣 hopefully I’ll follow a similar pattern. Hope things are good with you what ever stage you are at. Xx
