I've not been pregnant yet but I'm pretty sure ladies here and elsewhere have gone on to have a second child with their frozen embryos.
Frozen embryo transfers are very successful. Your chosen clinic will be able to advise you as well as ladies here but Yes, it's definitely possible. Good luck. Xx
There is a good chance of getting pregnant with frozen embryos as they only freeze the best quality ones that have a good chance. Several women here have had pregnancies from frozen embryos and if you want to use them later it's great peace of mind to know you have them x
Thankyou for your reply. Yes i am thinking of keeping my frozen embroyes and transfer it may be later next year.
I would definitely keep them- lots of people rely on frozen embryos for pregnancies. Our fresh transfer failed and I am current 21 weeks pregnant from a frozen transfer. We will be keeping the other frozen embryos for future children! Xx
Hi, I got 4 embryos from my fresh round. Like you, I was lucky enough to get pregnant from my fresh round and I froze my remaining 3 embryos. I’m now pregnant with no. 2 from the 3rd of those 3 Frosties (I had a chemical and a BFN with the other 2). So I would say it’s worth freezing. There are lots of stories on here about ladies getting pregnant from frozen embryos and my clinic told me that it’s just had it’s first year of results with better success rates for frozen than fresh. A frozen transfer is cheaper and less stress on your body than a fresh one so I would say it’s worth giving your Frosties a chance.
