I can’t tell the difference! I moved back to caffeine after my last IVF baba for a short time but kept asking for decaff out of habit and honestly can’t tell the difference now. I have decaff tea too and can’t tell the difference xx
I have a proper coffee first thing then decaf even have decaf Pepsi.
Haha, yeah - I tried that initially ( just gave me really bad wind TMI sorry 😐) then switched to a barley coffee which is nice only have it every now and again - camomile tea or hot water and lemon these days. Surprised how quickly you get used to having coffee (and I drank a fair bit before)

I think it tastes exactly the same. Tea is a bit trickier but after trying loads I’ve found one that’s ok xx
Yorkshire is definitely the best decaf tea. The rest are all a bit flavourless.
Totally! 👍
My new thing is skinny decaf mochas 😂👍🏼 xxxx
Can anyone recommend a good decaf tea bag? I’ve thrown the Sainsbury’s ones out they were so awful 😝
Have you tried Rooibos tea?? I drink that all the time now with milk....100% decaf and full of antioxidants.
Xxx
Love Rooibus! I find tea in general quite bland, rooibus is so much more fragrant ☕ ❤️
Yes me too my fertility nutritionist told me that decaf should be just limited to 1 drink a day as it is heavily processed - but no idea how true that is.
Rooibos all the way
Xxx
Yes decaf tea & coffee are heavily processed in chemicals, my sister said she saw a food programme once (I think the one on BBC) where they showed the process and apparently its awful. Water filtered coffee is chemical free (hence why I drink azeera) but rooibus is naturally caffeine free so don't need to worry about that xx
Yes that is why Rooibos is the best 🌿🌿🌿 xxx
Yorkshire tea the best by a mile (though I found Sainsbury’s one of the better ones so you may disagree with me). I now struggle to drink a lot of normal tea and I used to love it!
I don't drink coffee that much anymore but it's always decaf when I do. Has to be azeera for me, and it's water filtered so chemical free 😊
Ahhh, yes! Pick a brand which uses the water-based decafination process & you’re on to a winner! I find that whole beans retain under most flavour - The Grumpy Mule doing some particularly tasty varieties 😋
Decaf drinks still contain some caffeine though, so I only have a decaf coffee occasionally & Rooibos is my staple hot drink.
Enjoy! 😊x
Help me. You can only buy one brand of decaf tea in New Zealand and it is grey!! Even the normal version of this brand is terrible. Another reason why its gonna be a long 9 months!
