One more step closer to our dream.

We had an appointment today with the nurse in our clinic.

We have decided to go with the CGT screening and will hopefully have it done in Spain when we go in Sept for my partner to 'deposit' his sample. The nurse thinks it could be cheaper over there 👍

My partner needs his blood tests to have been done within 3 months. I need proof my smears are up to date and also need chlamydia and syphillis tests. All my other bloods are in date. I was cheeky and asked my GP otherwise they are £150 to have done at the clinic. The receptionist wasn't too impressed and said she needs the request in writing from the clinic. Hopefully they will do that to save on cost.

Once we have the results back, its a skype call to Spain to plan the next step. We are hoping to fly out early Sept maybe fri-mon and will have to go out again for the transfer. We are having a frozen cycle.

It’s such a good idea going abroad to get it done if it saves you money.

I’ve also been battling with my Dr’s receptionist to just print out my results. I finally went in when she wasn’t there and the nice male receptionist did it within 2 minutes!
