Hi all hope you are well. Been following u all from a far. Always good to see how all are getting on.
I’m starting another FET at the end of this month so am doing reflexology to see if that will help. Anyone else done this and if so how found.
Feels exciting and nerve wracking to start again. Still have some hope. Guess all can do is wait and see.

I have done reflexology, not during ivf but to support my natural cycles. I haven’t gotten pregnant but it was very pleasant and I often felt like after a full body massage. Good luck x

I did the implantation session 2 days after transfer with this FET and I’m going again next week for the early pregnancy session.

Hey I started fertility reflexology over a year ago now and think it’s fanstastic. I am now nearly 17w and although I cannot attribute our success to that I def think it helped with the balancing of my hormones and general well being. Xxx good luck

I used reflexology for my third round of IVF, I absolutely loved it. It’s so relaxing!
I think I done it for about 6 weeks or so, she advised me that after transfer not to have anymore and if it was successful and I wanted to continue having reflexology she wouldn’t recommend having it until after 12 week scan.
Anyway, that turned out to be I’m successful round and I do believe reflexology helped.

Yay that’s awesome it did help for u and now u successful. So good to hear! Yeah am doing it before hand to help with lead up and will stop at transfer too. It def it v relaxing indeed. Who knew the feet could hold so much power. Def feel a difference the next day. So it good regardless.

Love reflexology, I've only done it a few times but find it extremely relaxing.
I'm also due to start my next medicated FET at the end of the month (starting down reg on the 20th) and will book a couple of sessions before transfer, along with acupuncture.
