I had my first baseline scan today for the FET this month, the lining was 4.5mm today and they have given me medication and will scan again in 12 days. I am freaking out!! This is my fist IVF and we have only 2 good embryos and one average embryo (which I am very greatful for) however I have seen people have so many and worry that we don’t have enough. I did everything that google and people said I should do before IVF like avocados, coconut water, beetroot juice, pomegranate juice, quit smoking and alcohol and yet we had only 3 blastocysts out of 13 eggs!! Don’t know if any of that worked.
I am 33 yrs old, have done 2 IUIs before that didn’t work, This is my last attempt at IVF as I can’t afford anymore!! Speak about high stakes!!
I have been trying to distract myself and have faith that this will work but it is terrifying!! 😭

I think 3 blastocyst out of 13 is very good. Chance of success blastocyst transfer is over 60%. You have 3 and already scored more than 100%. You are also still young, which also increase the chance of success.
Is it?? My clinic doesn’t tell me anything... I am getting a little bugged with them!! They don’t reassure us about anything!! Don’t tell us our chances, haven’t told us what happens next and haven’t even told us how many embryos they suggest we transfer!! The quality of embryos was just mailed to us without explaining what it means!!! They bug me!! Thankyou so much for you msg!! I can breath a little now!
Hi Shil11. Amazing how an endometrial lining can improve in a couple of days. No need to freek even if it takes another couple of days. Your embies are stored safely and want to come home to a nice comfortable bed. Hope that soon happens. i shall be thinking of you. Diane
