It’s been a crazy month back home. Started with my dad’s funeral, then spoke to my brother for the first time in 15 years, met 2 of his kids for the first time and now we’re in Barcelona about to head to the clinic for our embryo transfer.
Feeling strangely calm but then again after 4 IVF cycles I’m kind of used to this.
Sat in a Square last night trying to guess which one might be Carmen (our name for the donor cos it felt strange always calling her ‘the other woman’). Decided on a very pretty talented busker!

Isnt it funny that the more times we do this the less we seem to feel anything! Not sure if its a defence thing but hey ho. I looked at a few girls when I was in Athens, wondering who might be my donor....ha ha ha weird isnt it! I hope you're enjoying your time in Barcelona, love it over there! Good luck for transfer, hope all goes to plan!xx
