Summer cold & first cycle

Has anyone else had a bad cold while taking injections? Did it affect your treatment in anyway? I guess I'm just looking for abit of reassurance as I've only just started my first cycle and feel like it's already messed up by being ill. X

I don't think a cold will affect your treatment or your hormone levels in any way. It will probably make you feel more tired and grumpy though so be extra kind to yourself. Try not to stress, better to get the cold out of way in the early part of your treatment I'd say. Hope you feel better soon.

Would be interested to see what people's experiences are who have been through a cycle with a cold.

Thank you. 😊 It's just another thing to worry about isn't it. I very rarely get a cold never mind one as bad as this, I've lost my voice and pretty blocked up. Don't like being runned down when it's something this important. Xx
