Another miscarriage confirmed, after a week of uncertainty in hospital. Have had inconclusive scans, increased HCG levels, raised hopes but ultimate heartache.
Why is this journey so hard 😔
Can’t wait to go home today to my OH, who has been amazing this week and I wouldn’t have coped without him.
Also can’t thank the team on the ward enough, caring & supportive throughout. We’d be lost without the NHS that is for sure.
Time to rest & recover, focus on home for a while, get my head & heart straight before thinking about our last little frozen glimmer of hope.

Oh sweetie I’m so sorry. I had a loss last year and I know how heartbreaking it is, especially when it’s so wanted & fought for. I know there is nothing anyone can say to make this better but know you are not alone. I’m thinking of you during this difficult time xoxo

I’m so sorry. I went through this 3 months ago. There’s nothing anyone can say, but you’re not alone. The grief process is a tough journey. I joined the Miscarriage Association Facebook Group. It helped me vent my feelings. I’m feeling a bit better now, so I’ve moved away from it, but check in every now and then. I went for counselling as well, which has helped me grieve. I hope you have lots of support around you, my thoughts are with you, xx
