Hello lovely ladies! Hope you are all well. Please help...started first injection menopur last Friday and this morning had first shot of cetrotide (sore on the tummy and slight bloating....and frustrated for no apparent reason! is that a sign?)
I am concerned now as I had heavy bloating and felt twinges from DAY 1-4 but since then slowed and now down to only feeling angry and short tempered and weepy.
I cried on Sunday (DAY 5) over a small issue could that have stopped the progression?
And I haven't been offered a scan until this Friday (Day 10). Is this normal? I thought with PCOS u get scanned every other day atleast? B'ham Women's Hosp
Did any ladies here have any successful symptoms? or had no symptoms but still succeeded? I am so worried and taking it out on my poor hubby!

I hear bloating is common with fertility injections!! I was on menopur and gonal f this cycle and was bloated and had some pain from day 6 onwards... hopefully all goes well good luck to you!
Ah... here you are! I’m on meriofert which has very little in the way of research and reviews so I’m not getting much out of the internet but I’m the opposite of you! I’m very hyper and happy !!! ( I am usually quite hyper and happy -ish but not in an annoying way) but this is definitely a lot different. I think my emotions are double the usual and I did feel weepy a bit the other day over a story I read.. but again it’s not unnatural for me... the bloating is getting on my nerves and I also felt quite nauseous the past two days which is very unlike me.. I also had lower back pain in the last two days but seem okay today ... so I’m just trying not to think about it ... I do feel pain around my injection areas though .. I hope it doesn’t scar for life !!
well I suppose its all in the mind. But it will all be worth it in the end...Hoping and praying and praying.
Its difficult having to work while being so bloated...and tummy is sore! couldn't button up the trousers, resorted to leggings. I am taking next week off for transfer hopefully....I don't really know what lies ahead...taking one day at a time...that's the best advice.
Soon we should be sharing the happy news...xx can't wait....
Try not to worry! I felt symptoms on the first day and then nothing else at all until egg collection day. When I went for my scan (day 8 for me) I even told them that I was certain it wasn’t working as I felt nothing but they said it’s just like that for some people. Sure enough it did work, we got 7 eggs, 5 fertilised, 1 transferred, 2 frozen and one BFP on Sunday just gone! Wishing you the best of luck and enjoy being symptom free while you can! Things starters kicking in for me after EC.

Stimulation and follicle growth - day 6 and barely any symptoms. Does it mean follicles do not grow?
Any experiences with Day 6 blastocysts? Or Day 6 blastocyst PGS testing? 
No symptoms, 6 days after frozen embryo transfer
No symptoms after 3 days post embryo transfer 
Final ivf cycle at 46... any advice please? xx
