Good luck! I'm 11 days into down regulation now. Another 15 to go until scan to see how it has gone. Will you be using the nasal sprays?

We will be having IVF but at partner waiting to have an extraction to see if we need a sperm donor or not. Once we know we will be...may not be until after summer now though. Good luck xx

Am feeling fine and not noticed anything yet. A bit worried as not felt any of the side effects and not had the withdrawl bleed. Really hoping it all comes before the scan in 15 days time. Do you have any experience of this?

No i dont at all, i just know what i read at the moment. I start my first ever journey on Wednesday im really nervous as i hate to not know what will happen etc. Also although I recieved my protocol i havent had any dates put on it so i have to work on that myself which im confused about too. Is this something the nurse can help me on my injection teach? May i ask where your and which clinic you have chosen? X

Wow! Not long now until Wednesday. I know what you mean about not knowing what's going to happen. I find that really hard too. Just focusing on each step and doing all I can to jump each barrier.

I'm sure the nurse will help you with this when you see them. I have a scan booked for when down regulation finishes and they said that scan date is when they are going to teach me the injections. They have written a day by day calendar for me which says exactly what I need to take when and times (morning / evening). Maybe something to ask for? Do you have to do the nasal spray too? Or straighy on injections? My clinic is in Oxford. Which clinic have you gone with?

Hey yes thats what i need a calender with times and dates, im surprised i dont have one i thought everyone recieves this. im not on the nasal spray i go straight onto injections which work similiar to the nasal spray, my injection teach is on Wednesday and its the first day I administer the injections too. Im with CARE Nottingham. X

I would def ask for some sort of calendar. Wednesday will come round so quick now! Keep me updated if you don't mind with how you get on with the injections. My teach injections day is on the 26th June when they will scan me to see if the down reg has worked as it should. Got all the injections in my fridge ready to go 😊
