Ovarian cysts
Hi destiny121, I have had a similar experience. On one of my cycles at the beginning I had lower pain on my right and like you say a gurgling. It felt like if I pressed it I could feel fluid moving. Went for a scan and they couldn’t see my right ovary as all they could see was a cyst 😔 I was devestated as it must have popped up pretty quickly as I had only been scanned a month earlier and all was fine. Anyway i has another scan 4 weeks later and it was gone! They said it could have been something called a pseudo cyst (I think) probably caused by scaring from my lap but nothing to worry about and it disappeared on it’s own 👍🏻 xx
Laparoscopy is not known to cause cysts. If you are getting a lot of gurgling then it is likely to be bowel. Are you bloated or constipated at all? Even if it is a cyst- it may not impact your chances. At the start of my FET they found a 1cm cyst on my left ovary- never had one before but they continued with treatment. It was still there at my 7 week viability scan but not got any bigger.
Maybe try a few gentle yoga/breathing exercises to help? But if the pain is getting worse or not relieved with paracetamol, best to be seen. Xx
Cheers zoe, i have been a bit constipated and bloated, but the pressure on that side was horrible and felt like my ovaries was the size of a gold ball, perhaps my bowel was putting pressure on down there x
