So I have a cyst on my right ovary which is delaying treatment. Has anyone else had this cyst. Do u know if it can be aspirated? I have been told to wait until next month to see if I can start treatment but what I want to know is what happens if it doesn't go away. I am looking to know your experiences of such cysts and when they might go away. Please share. I've been a mess all weekend so any positive experiences would be great

haemorrhagic cyst"

Hey hun, I had the same problem as you but was allowed to carry on treatment while they done tests to see if it was active. But all came back clear. Good luck xxx
I’ve had this 2 or maybe 3 times, I can’t remember. Once we started stims and it was cancelled as nothing grew except the cyst. We started again next month and the cyst was gone and it was fine. The next time I had a cyst, we abandoned before stims and postponed u til next cycle and it was all fine. The final time, we went ahead with stims and collection, and it was my worst ever round out of 5 and the consultant admitted with retrospect it was a mistake. They had run tests and thought it was ok to take the risk, but it was a disaster round.
They were all classed as haemorrhagic cysts same as yours, and they were gone the next month. It really is worth waiting for it to go away xx
I had the same issue. The aspirated the cyst and then told me to start injecting. This was a bad idea. If I were you I would aspirate the cyst but then abandon the cycle!
I just feel that it was the wrong decision as the treatment was longer, I was sniffing for longer and taking more drugs. It resulted in no eggs fertilising.
I know a friend who had the same issue. She was told to postpone the cycle. The next time they started the process it was gone. Therefore, maybe you could do that too. Just listen to the doctors. They know what they are doing. Don't lose hope. Sending baby dust your way.
I had a cyst last year on my ovary. I was really really upset about it ! Went back a month or two later and it had vanished :), apparently it’s quite common xxxx
Hi there! I think you should wait. First, take care of these cysts then ttc. It's always better to listen to the doctor's instructions. If he's telling you to postpone then postpone. Good luck!
