E2 4000 at day 9

Hi everyone. I went this morning for scan and blood test after 8 days of stims with Fostimon (today is the 9th). I have 6 follicles of 12-13 mm, 5 betwen 9-10, and other 4 o 5 between 6 and 8. I was very happy untill they called me to tell to riduce the dose from 225 to 150 because my E2 is a bit above 4000. Isn't it too high considering that I still have to inject for 3 more days? Now I am again worried for the risk of OHSS. I don't understand what is the limit? 3000? If it is more I risk OHSS? Thanks a lot to anyone that can help me. I am really worried
