When is too much vitamins??

Hi ladies, im taking pregnacare, dha(2 caps a day) and also extra vitamin d, do you think this is too much??

I’m not sure about the extra vitamin d unless a dr has told you to take it for a deficiency x

adults should take 10mcg vitamin D daily, unless you've been diagnoses as deficient and a larger dose is recommended by your GP. I doubt you need to take both, At this time of year your less likely to be deficient as vitamin D is abdorbed from sunlight.

I was advised by my consultant to take B3, D3, omega 3, l-glutathione and dhea! Xx
