I was so happy my 15 eggs were collected, 12 fertilised as the others wernt mature enough, called every day to tell me they are doing well and a good grade but not able to tell me to freeze or not and that is whats worrying me
I went for my follow up today and have no symtoms other than my tummy is bloated, they said I had no free fluid which was good, they have still sceduled me in for saturday morning at 9, but said the doctor will scan me just before and then will decide feel like all the positive stuff and just drained me completly
sorry for the rubbish tone literally didnt know whether to post or not feel like im going to have a break down as this is the last go... xx

My advise would be to focus on the positive side, you have 12 fertilised embryos! That is really great! Stay calm (I know it is easier to tell than experience - I was stressed too) but if Saturday is not the right time better to wait a bit more as you don’t want to end up with a failed cycle and then have to wait for 3 months or more, it would be better if you maximase your chances (also you want only the strongest embryos to be freeze).
In my case from 19 eggs, 9 were fertilised only 5 make it to the 5th day, I got one transferred and the other 4 embryos were frozen on day 6. So don’t worry about freezing embryos and think that you only need a good one for a beautiful baby!
Thing positively and try to relax, see comedy movies and things that will boost you happiness, that will prepare your body better. You are doing great!
This is such a stressful time isn’t it! From what you’ve said, everything sounds good so far. Until they reach blasto stage on day 5 they won’t know whether any will be good enough quality to freeze so it’s nit surprising they haven’t said anything about freezing so far. And good news your scan isn’t showing anything untoward either. Try and tell yourself that there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work and they shouldn’t progress. Only 1 more day to go! Good luck! x
