After this month's cancelled cycle I'm trying to look towards the next one. I've reordered some DHEA and thought I would throw some PQQ into the mix to help with my ubiquinol absorption. Can anyone advise on dose? Do I just take the recommended dose on the bottle? Thanks ash x
