Day 5 after natural iui cycle and my stomach is cramping like my periods are about to start. Has anyone had this before? I'm in so much pain with it but also worried that this cycle has failed

I had ivf and had bad cramping between day 5 and 10. It woke me up in the night. I was fine after that, just occasional mild cramps and now I'm 8 weeks and have first scan in 2 days eek! Hoping it was implantation pains. You can take paracetamol xx
