Lower back pain during stimulation....

Hey ladies,

Hope you could enjoy the sunshine this weekend ! 🌞

I’m on Day 6 of stimming with Gonal F and started to have lower back pain for the past 3 days.

I ve been doing a lot of walking (recommended to help blood flow) and some gentle yoga without twisting, but I m now wondering if the back pain can be from the drugs or from the stretching. Although if don’t stretch a bit i feel completely stiff 😵

Paranoid about inflammation that could impact on stimming, and implantation (assuming we get that far...). Quite hard to concentrate at work.

It s my second cycle (well, 4th if you count the FET?... ) but always the same questions, driving me mad 🤪

Anyone having or had the same?

I am now on 11days of stimms and had back pain since day 4 😩 I also try to keep active, take paracetamol, attend acupuncture and use a hot water bottle for the pain when I need to.
