So I'm due to start my periods tomorrow. So this will be very nearly my first iui cycle about to begin. I'm very nervous , it's taken us 5 years to get to where we are today. But with the nervousness, I've started comfort eating. And naturally have gained weight. I've always been close to the mark with my bmiand having it 30 or below. I know I'm about 3 pounds over. What do you suggest? I know to get back on track is a start
