Egg Quality - Products to avoid?

So we had our follow up last night for our second failed icsi cycle. My consultant went through changes and improvements for our next fresh cycle.

It came up about day to day things I should avoid which can affect egg quality, such as perfumes, hairspray, strong smelling beauty products etc....

Has anyone else been recommended to avoid this and has it helped with increasing your egg quality? What products have you switched too?

During my last cycle my body went into overdrive on the injections with 17 follicles retrieved..13 mature eggs, 6 fertilising and only one officially meeting the freeze criteria (3bb) although I had another frozen graded 3cc at my request. My consultant hoped with these numbers I would've had more 'top quality' embryos.

If anyone has advise or recommendations I'd love to hear???

Thanks Xx

I was only told to avoid these on day of EC /ET as they don’t want any chances in theatre with them harming the egg/embryo . I use perfume free stuff anyways but still avoided it on these days x
