Wife started bleeding

Hi all, so 3rd round IVF and test day was meant to be tomorrow @ 11days past 5dt. My wife has just come back from the bathroom and has statted bleeding lightly. I take it this is probably her period starting. Any advice would be grateful. thank you.

Just happened to be on here when you posted your message...so super quick reply 😬.

That could just be spotting which is very normal and common in early pregnancy. The progesterone itself can cause mild bleeding from the cervix. Def doesn’t mean it’s all over.

Still test tomorrow as planned! And keep all med’s going.

Or if you’re super worried, test now. It’s only 12hrs or so early!

That’s what I’d probably do.

Just remember if you test tonight you should still test tomorrow if that's official test date and also evening wee will be more diluted (not as strong) as first morning wee! Good luck x
