Synarel - Withdrawal Bleed

I've been on Synarel since last Tuesday, which was cycle day 21. I was told to expect a bleed, but I am on day 31 and still nothing.... Worried if I don't have a bleed that it will affect our treatment dates (currently due to start on Gonal-F on 29th March)

Any advice?

Hi WaywardGirl, don’t worry there’s still plenty time for the bleed before 29th. It can take a couple weeks once you start the drug. On one of my cycles I had my baseline scan while I was still bleeding cos AF had taken its time to come so only started 3 days before my scan! x

Hey

I fell pregnant whilst on synarel. I had a slight 1 day bleed which I mistook as a period. Started injections. A week later they realised I was pregnant. We lost it 2 weeks later. Please ensure they do a pregnancy test before starting.
