After my first icsi journey, we have been exceptionally lucky to find out that we have twins in the oven after our 7 week scan. Strangely my ovaries were larger than the embryos and the sonographer said they had cysts on them due to the stimulation from the drugs and I had to take it easy so my ovaries didn't twist or anything. Has anyone had/got the same thing? Xx

I did have a comment made in one of my scans about a cyst but also when having medication they could see that I was possibly over stimulated and my ovaries were like a bunch of grapes and were starting to twist. I was told that I needed to take it easy so they did not twist. Things corrected themselves. If I remember well I had some aching and could just tell I needed to chill a little.
I think I backed off anything strenuous like lifting things and just generally relaxed down.
I had cysts when I was pregnant alot of them on both overies, they disappear themself. When you get a scan they will check them, they 'can' twist if there over 10cm. All the best to you, hope you have a happy healthy pregnancy xx
Thank you! Still can't believe it! We have been discharged from the ivf clinic so need to book a hospital for antenatal care! Hopefully we'll have a follow up within the next three weeks! Xx
