GONASI HP 5000⁉️

Got to do my trigger injection tonight. The packaging looks very different from the one they showed in the “teach” session. Has anyone else used this?

Hi,

I used Gonasi on Saturday at 00:30. I actually had to take it twice (10000).

I can't remember what it looked like at the teach but mine had one vial, two syringe ends and one water for mixing.

I took the cap off the vial, put the large syringe on the end of the water and injected water in to the vial, I them drew up the Gonasi (with same syringe attached) and then once it was mixed, I put the other syringe end on to the water. I hope that makes sense, I'm not sure if you had the same items in the box?

I had mine this morning. I had 11eggs, waiting for a call tomorrow from the embryologist to see how many fertilized. I have low Amh so we did better than we thought.

Hi sarahhall7112. If it’s what I think put needle on syringe and break top off diluent - water. Draw it up and inject into the drug. Shake it well then with the same needle and syringe, draw it up. Change needle and hold needle end uppermost. Push any air bubble out and now is ready to inject. Hope that helps and good luck. Diane
