Treatment in Glasgow?

Does anyone know what clinic in Glasgow gets the best results? I'm so confused with which one to pursue x

It's very confusing, they all publish the statistics but all use different guidelines (some its the pervious years, others an average, some totally exclude cartain groups in their results) it makes it very difficult to make a direct comparison. From my research the % success rate is about the same for the Nuffield, GCRM and the private at the royal. I had a few tests done privately at the Nuffield and I found the staff wonderful but we've chosen the glasgow royal to try a private round of IVF. Our decision was based mainly as we received a personal recommendation from a friend who used them last year. She was very happy with them and got pregnant first round. The Nuffield and GCRM do free information nights which might be good to get a feel for the place before committing to anything. Obviously sucess rates are important, but so is how you feel about the staff and hospital.

Yea it's very confusing! We have been attending nuffield for a few months now and had all the tests done but became aware of the other 2 which are actually a bit cheaper then wondered about success rates but it's so difficult to find out which one does have the most success. The world of fertility is mind boggling! Good luck xx

I looked into all 3 again and they do all base it on different stuff like embryo to birth and cycle to birth so confusing ! But we went with a recommendation of a friend who had a baby’s via IVF at Nuffield and went to GCRM for second as it was better treatment apparently !! But I’ll be sure to let u know my views on that lol I think the royal is slightly below average but not much in it for all 3 . X

I’m about to do a second round at the Royal as I was one of the unlucky 1 in 5 pregnancies that ends in miscarriage. Very friendly, helpful staff 😀 xx

I've done 3 cycles now at GCRM and I don't think I would go anywhere else. The staff are so nice and it's clear that they want you to succeed. Feel free to PM me if you want any further information! x
