Just waiting for AF then we can start on day 21. We are excited however I must admit that the process is taking its toll on me. I’m very up and down.

I’d say having things to look forward to during treatment helps, even just going out for dinner or to the cinema something that give you and your OH time together. Allow yourself to go through the emotions though, it’s a rollercoaster ride which unfortunately there’s no easy fix for. Hopefully AF arrives soon x
For me, the best thing was my husband working away as then I could have my own space to be moody as necessary! But that’s just me! 😂
I agree with both ladies, nice things to look forward to such as the cinema or going out for lunch and definitely a bit of space. My poor husband often bears the brunt of it. Exercise helps too. If I’m low a nice long walk outdoors with the doggy helps to lift my spirits. Very best of luck to you xx
Hey there. Happy to hear from you. You must be feeling out of this world. Yes, mood swings are a major part of pregnancy but its normal. As there are a lot of changes going on in your body to help your baby grow well. You can try to keep yourself busy in activities you like. If you can, join some classes which help you in handling everything during and after pregnancy. Best wishes. Hope to hear more.
