How do u cope having ivf at a clinic not in same country?

Hi there I just wanted some advice on how people cope physically and emotionally if they do IVF in a different country. How do you co-ordinate scans to check for OHSS and to check your follicles. Thanx

I did mine spain and had a clinic here do coordination, the overseas clinic are in contact all the time via email, but are contactable over the phone to,, my scans bloods ect where all done at clinic here basically flew over for collection and transfer xx

When you start to talk to the clinic abroad they advise you where to go and what you need to arrange here in UK. I had DE in cyprus so the protocol is easier as you just go out for 7 days and its all done there with you only having to arrange a womb lining scan before you go. This was done privately at my private local early scanning clinic.

But the clinic abroad should send you a protocol with step by step instructions on what you need to do and when. x
