Any good book recommendations?

Evening all, hope everyone is doing ok! I just wondered if anyone could advise on any good infertility books. I'm just curious to have a read on something positive that can maybe relate to what we are going through and ways to keep focussed with self help measures. Sometimes feel very alone with my circle of friends who are all mums. Thanks in advance and love and best wishes to everyone ❤ xxx

Get a life his and hers survival guide was a brilliant read. I loaned from the library and keep it for as long as I could renew for and really helped prepare (as much as I could) for way lay ahead xx

I second this one, was a real easy read and helped my husband get involved too. Explains everything in a relatively light hearted (if there is such a thing in ivf!) way

I read it starts with an egg, which was really factual. But the Izzy Judd book - Dare To Dream is a more feel good, real life description of what she went through and I felt really positive after reading xx

I was having a look on Amazon and there was quite a few books to download. Been thinking a good book to get my teeth into may help to digest things xxx

Thank you. Yeah a good book is a good shout.’ Fertility’ by emma cannon is more about getting your body into a fertile state and knowing what your body needs in line with your cycle. I liked the sense of control at least in looking after myself properly 😊 xx
