How long does it take for trigger to be out of your body?

After being convinced this round hasn’t worked, and also telling myself I wouldn’t test early, today I caved and tested. And got a bfp! The first one I’ve ever had after doing probably hundreds of tests over the last few years.

I’m 8dp5dt and my otd is Wednesday, I took the trigger 14.5 days ago.

I don’t feel pregnant at all, like I don’t really have any symptoms other than those caused by the crinone I’m using (tiredness and minimal nausea) so I was convinced this round was a failure, that’s actually why I did the test, to confirm my suspicions, I really didn’t expect to see that second line

Is it possible the line is just left over hcg from the trigger? My husband doesn’t want us to get our hopes up but I’m so excited!

The trigger shot usually is out of out system 1 week after. Have a look at one of my first posts i asked the same thing! When is OTD for you? I would say congratulations! 💗👶💙 xx

My test day is Wednesday, so 3 days away, So I just have to hope it stays positive!!

I’ll take a look at your post, thank you :)

The packing on my trigger injection told me how many days and I think it was ten (from memory). Fingers crossed for you! Xx

I think the tigger should be out of your system by now. Everything I read says that 9dp5dt is when you should be able to pick up a BFP so you’re only a day early. I’d say congratulations are in order!

Thank you! I’m really excited but I don’t want to get my hopes up too much in case I get a BFN on my test day

Hey hun

My OTD was 9dp5dt so the fact that you've tested at 8dp5dt and got a BFP looks very promising to me. It very much looks like Congratulations xx
