Estrofem/oestrogen supplements

Hello fertility friends. I’m due to do a FET after Christmas. My clinic is recommending I take Estrofem to help with endometrial thickness.

Have any of you taken this before? Did you have any side effects?

I’m wary of taking unnecessary medication but also don’t want to decrease my chances of a FET success.

Don’t know what estrofem is but I did use evorel oestrogen patches to thicken lining xx

Sounds similar as Estrofem is oestrogen. Did you get any side effects?

I was progynova tablets to begin with. First round I had no side effects. Second time I had headaches and so swapped to evorel patches. X

I see it as not being medication as such just extra hormones to help. Xx

I'm currently taking estrofem as I'm pre FET. Having a lining scan tomorrow and FET beginning of Dec. I will be honest with you, they have made me very hormonal and irrationally angry! I do have PCOS so have some kind of hormone issue anyway, and could never tolerate The Pill as birth control as that too made me crazy! It might just be me, hopefully you will be fine and wishing you lots of success.
