Sorry to bother you ladies

Hope your all well

I'm 5wk 4 days pregnant tonight iv been experiencing some stretching pressure type achy feeling from my belly button to the centre of my pubic bone it's not painful feels odd????

Also about half hour after that iv got shooting pains up my cervix like electric jolts intermittent they are but really take me by surprise. I don't recall this ever happening before ever with any of my previous pregnancies or my daughter.

If someone could enlighten me I would be greatful.

thanks

Cat

💗🤗😘

Hey, I had that feeling from my belly button early on both times I was pregnant. I know my story might not give you much hope but I’ve had friends that had similar feelings and have healthy babies. Hope your doing okay xx

Hiya I had both these things early on and am now 22wks pregnant. I totally forgot about them til you said! I wouldn't worry, it's probably just your uterus preparing to grow xxx

Hi hun, I think the stretching sensation. I've also had a shooting pain type sentaion but it lasted a minute or so and stopped. I'm not sure what it means but when I googled it, I found many women who had felt the same thing and were doing okay.

If unsure please ask your doctor but it does sound normal Hun xx

I've had the shooting sensations before 'lightening crotch' it feels so weird. I think its related to uterus growing and pressing on nerves etc. I believe they get more common the further into the pregnancy you get x

Hey hun, I hope you're feeling better! I can't be of much help but I think the shooting pains are what they call "lightning crotch". I think it's quite normal so try not to worry. 🤗 xx

Try magnesium flakes in your baths that's really helped me in many ways including fatigue they recommend for us endo girls xx

Buy it in bulk from intralabs good price it's the best way to get it in your system. I really wouldn't be without it. It took about a month to feel difference energy wise but it's great, plus a lot of us are deficient in it aswel xx

• in reply toAllWeNeedIsluv

excellent will do, thx for the tips. very useful and a really good reminder. really appreciate it.

Its funny, I forgot how important magnesium is. I used to have nerve pain on face, and took liquid magnesium and it helped over time. Also when I make my own nut milks (walnut) it helps, as they are very rich in magnesium.

I gotta get my life in order and start thinking about actively doing things to make me feel better. Sick of pain and exhaustion xx

AllWeNeedIsluv profile image
AllWeNeedIsluv• in reply to

Yes your spot on. I bathe in magnesium every day or at least every other day and the nuts I have for lunch with orange juice all nuts it's helped loads xx
