Weird ... advice from experience

So, I have my Dr consultation booked in for end of this month. So excited, bit scared in case it doesn’t work and happy-excited as it could!

Anyway, I’ve given up on ttc’ing because it ent happening ...

Last night we did the deed and I noticed light pink droplets on the sheet (which I’ve changed FYI) I thought ffs it’s time of the month but I’ve not seen a spec today.

Has anyone experienced this? Since my lap I’ve been pretty consistent. My time of the month is due in a few days.

I don’t think it’s pregnancy, as above hope is gone via natural methods I think intervention will be key. I’m just confused what that was - I wasn’t in any pain and it was a complete killjoy.

Xx

Not sure hun could be cervix irritation as your due soon. Have you had a smear recently?

Wishing you all the best for your ivf journey

Thanks! No smear :/ I’m terrible and I should go I know. I think it’s because I’m due on it was just a shock I’m really particular about stuff like that and in fairness it was a tiny amount. I’ll get the smear dealt with xx

Awww bless ya, 💝😘💝

If you’ve not had a smear recently (normally every 3 years unless they’ve been abnormal before) it’s really important to get any bleeding after sex checked out. They may say it’s nothing but they should at least do your smear if you are overdue. The clinic often ask about smear tests too. Hope I don’t sound like a nag. X
