EPU appt tomorrow

Went to gp who referred me to EPU. Walked there and was told I could have an appt Monday. Moaned a bit. Ok tomorrow they said. At least I’ve had some exercise today and a jacket potato in the hospital cafe. Back to my sofa now. SIgned off work for two weeks to help me work out how to cope with this fatigue and nausea. Don’t mean to moan cos the likelihood is that all will be ok but it’s all so scary. Thank you again for all your support xxxx

Awww hun. Glad you've been signed off and their going to check you out. Have you looked into magnesium hun. It helps loads with fatigue and nausea we tend to be deficient in it also. Read up on it. I bath in it every day to every other day in just a month my fatigue aches and pains are minimal can't comment on the nausea yet although iv odd spurts of it nothing too major sea bands are supposed to help and I just read that magnesium is good for nausea too . 💗🤗😘

Thank you. I’ll try that. I’ve got some magnesium spray that i made so will spray a bit of that on. Glad you’ve not got too much nausea xx

Yes magnesium is supposed to be really good for us I order it by the bulk I'll never be without now. Spoke to soon about nausea just took my vitamins and was wrenching like mad before I could get them down. 😅 hope tomorrow goes well hun 💗🤗😘

Really pleased you've got an appointment tomorrow. I also have this fatigue, when I'm working although I'm tired I'm kept going but when I'm off work (like today) I'm struggling to keep my eyes open. Feel lik I've not slept for weeks yet I slept well last night. I might have a look into the magnesium suggestion.
