I think it depends what area you live in and I think FETS might be covered under the one cycle but not sure. We've had to pay for all our treatment because my husband had a vasectomy x

FET is frozen embryo transfer. So if you managed to freeze any embryos from this cycle. X

Ah ok, we had no frozen. I’m also thinking if I should of gone with just the one embryo instead of 2, one of them was a little behind but slow growing so wether my body concentrated more on that one. I just keep on wondering what if x

I know it's hard but don't torture yourself with what ifs. Focus on your plan for moving forward to next cycle, get your vitamins started now for egg equality etc and go into your review appointment with your clinic ready to go. Easy for me to say as I did the same as you with our chemical, miscarriage and BFN so I went into this cycle all guns blazing. I've been told if you question doing something then think hard about the decision as you'll do exactly what you're doing now and asking what ifs. Every cycle we've been advised not to transfer two and were told this time in particular they strongly felt that if we transferred our two best that both would have implanted. Easy for them to say as really it's all a game of luck I think x

I suppose the first cycle is a learning curve in a way. I’m on folic acid 5mg, vitamin d and bit b complex. They didn’t say so take any other vits. Thanks for the info luv x

This time I took 300mg coq10, royal jelly, 1000mg vitamin c, zinc+magnesium+calcium, omega 3, vitamin e, preconception pregnacare vitamin and a vitamin d spray. X

Awww Im so sorry, its really hard when you get a BFN. The clinic should arrange for a follow up appointment and they'll let you know if they want to change anything for next time. Perhaps plan something nice to do as a reward for having to go through all of this. Sending hugs xx

hi there - i think we are on a similar track just now, i took my test on friday just gone, it was for my first cycle and got a negative, got my period this morning. its just awful - i really hope you're ok and being kind to yourself as much as you can be. take care and good luck moving forward x

i just have to wait until they contact me - which I have been told can take up to 4 weeks, which feels so long. I had thought they get you in straight away to try and figure what went wrong, but i dont this they even test you - its just one of those things sadly.
