Abnormally low vit d and folate.

Hi ladies.

Hope your all doing well

As u can tell by the post iv just got back from the docs regarding some bloods that were done to find out the reasons for my aches and pains hands locking etc. It turns out I have really low vit d and folate. The arthritis one came back normal. I asked her if I had an absorption problem she said no (I eat well take whole food vitamins obvs even more so with ttc) She said no my other vitamins are fine.

So do you think this has been my problem this time with early miscarriages?

She's told me don't take the vitamins I'm taking and just the ones she's given me as they are stronger I'm on them for three month.

I didn't ask her because I forgot and other things she we're doing printing out my record and looking into my referrals.

I don’t have any answers but I didn’t want to read and run, not to you.. Hopefully the higher dose vitamins you’ve been prescribed will ease the symptoms you’ve been getting and you’ll soon start to see an improvement xx

Sorry I don't really have any helpful answers but just wanted to say I really hope the higher vitamins help. Maybe you could give her a ring next week to ask any questions you forgot to xx

It's fine no need for the sorry I'll mention it at my endo specialist appointment next Friday he's a fertility specialist also. Guess I'll be doing some googling later 💗🤗😘
