Embryo transfer tomorrow pending endometrial 'fluid'

Following my egg collection the clinician who looked after me explained to me that she found 'fluid' in my endometrium.

She said this was something they didn't want to find and it might delay the transfer tomorrow!

They've also prepared me to have my embryos frozen if this is the case...

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

A little bit worried, but at the same time reassured to know there's a plan.

Also, does anyone know if the advise is to abstain before transfer?

Hi, I was in a similar position last month I had a scan before ET and luckily the fluid had gone down enough so we could go ahead. They said the progesterone helps reduce the fluid so fingers crossed it'll of helped for you to.

I to was advised I might have to freeze my embryos and I know it can seem disappointing but if It does have to happen it's definitely for the best as the fluid can affect implantation xx
