Bad Cramps during office hours

Having very bad cramps in my lower abdomen during my duty hours. I am unable to sit in the cabin and feeling very bad as want to go washroom to check again and again. Don't know what to do???

No dear I don't take any kind of medicine or painkiller right now... And I have my last AF on 13th of this month.
