I would say just prepare for it the same way as a fresh cycle in terms of supplements and what you eat. It's a lot less stress on your body though which does help. Good luck x
Thank you for your reply I have been taking pregnancy care are there other supplements I should take
Hiya, my first cycle was a fresh round which failed back in March. I went straight onto a frozen round and started down regging in may....currently 16wks4d pregnant with a baby boy! I'd say the treatment for the frozen cycle is much, much easier on the body but the 2ww was harder on the soul!! Not sure why, but I found it so much harder to stay sane than on the fresh cycle. It may be because I wasn't recovering from egg collection, I had more time to worry about what was happening inside. That and it was my last nhs funded round!
Hope it all goes well for you (frozen cycles rule!! 😉) xxx
Thank you so much for your reply I'm so happy it worked for u. As this is also our last NHS funded round so I am hoping it all works out for us. Could I ask if u were offered endo scratch or the embryo glue?
No we weren't offered either of those (my clinic were very basic) They defrosted 2 x embies and neither were amazing quality (both 4bc) and the embryologist only wanted to put one back. I argued the case that neither was better than the other (they were both imperfect in different ways) and he reluctantly agreed to two...and thank goodness as only one took!...don't be afraid to ask for what you want...I'm a believer that your gut feeling knows best!... so if you want glue etc you might as well ask...they can only say no 😉 xxx
