No your bfn isn't nothing as your feelings are perfectly valid as much as anyone elses as its natural to feel disappointed when things don't go to plan.

Hi I have been trying for just over a year now and we decided to take a break as it was so bloody frustrating and once I had become so frustrated after I came on I had thrown a vase across the sitting room in temper! Its so bloody frustrating when every cycle results in nothing though so a break seemed the best option.
