Gonadotrophins-fertility injections... any advice?

Hi, I m completely new to anything like this but I feel like I wanted to try to talk to/get advice from other people who may have experienced similar. I have been told I will be started on gonadotrophin injections for irregular cycles/ovulation and a thin endometrial, has anyone else gone through the process of having these injections? Any advice? Any pregnancies from this method?
