BFN despite PGS & Immunes Protocol

ust looking for some advice really - the title says it all. Had a PGS normal, good quality blast transferred 2 weeks ago with full immunes protocol - steroids, intripilids & clexane. I have been pregnant 3 times before (3 miscarriages hence the PGS and immunes). And it's ended in BFN this time.

Now I seem to have had the worse luck and 2 days pt I came down with a tummy bug/food poisoning. Felt sick as anything, full on griping stomach and insane diarrhoea for nearly 48hrs and the diarrhoea carried on and off all wk. I was distraught but clinic said they thought it shouldn't effect things too much and I have found quite a few similar stories online where people have gone on to have a BFP.

So I'm thinking if it wasn't that then why hasn't it worked, they said I had a 70% chance with a great lining (which mine was) and a eupliod embryo. But said it could be even more for me as I have previously acheived a pregnancy. Could it have been the bug or could I have been in some way oversupressed?

I'm feeling really wary of the steroids now as I acheived a BFP last time with a poorer quality embryo and thinner lining without them?!?

Just wanted some thoughts please. x

So sorry for your bfn and previous losses. As frustrating as it is ivf isn't 100% guaranteed to work no matter how perfect everything is in preparation for your little embie. It's even more frustrating when we can't be given a definitive answer as to why it didn't work. My first cycle was the same, absolutely everything was perfect and I got a bfn. I wish you better luck next time, if there's to be a next time xx

I'm sorry I haven't got any advice but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry it didn't work for you this time round. It's so frustrating and disheartening for you when everything looked so good. I hope your consultants are able to shed some light on possible reasons for your bfn and I really hope your next cycle is successful if you choose to go again xxx

Am afraid it could have been the gastroenteritis, my clinic didnt say much post transfer about what not to eat, what suprised me was they stressed not to eat take out, home prepared only and make sure it is ehalthy and no chance of tummy upset. Am so sorry! Please dont give up.
