I used Pregnacare before conception

I used pregnacare which is anatental supplement so it's safe to use in Pregnancy. I did conceive on it ( after my endo was treated) sadly I miscarried at 4 and a half weeks pregnant. My consultant said it was one he would recommend taking xoxo

Hi! I'm taking one called 'vitamin code prenatal' from Garden of Life. It was quite expensive, found it on Amazon and the reviews were all very positive.

Hi, all you really need is to take folic acid. You should be able to get all the other vitamins by eating healthily and leading a healthy lifestyle.

My clinic recommends vit d as well as folic acid. Apparently most people in U.K. are slightly deficient in this vitamin and benefit from a supplement x

I take pregnacare but have started to take folate as folic acid is a synthetic form of folate....who knows truly what the best vitamins are to take. I just take them and hope for the best. The reviews for the prenatal vitamins online are all the same so hard to tell which is the best. It would be worth looking into folate. I am on everthing. B vitamins, Vit D3, Vit C etc vit D3 and B vitamins (B3 (niacin)) are important especially if you have a history of miscarriage. I take D3 as my miscarriage consultant advised this. Good luck x
