Am having a really shitty day today. Don't know if it's something to do with the weather.
I feel lost and empty, my positivity seems to have disappeared. It's almost a week since I discovered my little embie was no more.
The appointment with the consultant seems ages away.

Hi you will feel like this as it is only a week ago that everything changed in your world Hun . I'm 6 weeks down the line and yes I am still feeling lost and empty but I saw my counsellor for first time yesterday and I need to get my fight back and be positive so I can start treatment again x you will get there . Sending big hugs x
down days are allowed - they're all part of the healing process my love.
i feel exactly the same - wearing my husbands dressing gown, looking hideous & bedraggled!
i wish i could offer some pearl of wisdom, but it's just a really shit & unfair situation - you are not alone 😘😘😘
I'm the same today. Period has started and although test date isn't officially till tomorrow I did a test this morning and it's negative. Just come home from work as a mess.
I totally get the lost and empty feeling. I feel like a failure too. Not sure we're going to try another cycle. At the moment I don't think I want to do this anymore.
Sometimes I feel like saying to my husband he can leave me and find someone who can give him a child.
I'm the one with the faulty oven.
Maybe I need some time away from work. I dunno. The only time I actually had off was for my egg collection. I had 5 days off in total. On the 2ww I did 75hrs without a day off in between.
So sorry you're having a crappy, down day...I am too. Just wanted to reach out and let you know you're not alone, I totally understand the lost & empty feeling. My sister & sister in law are both pregnant and instead of feeling happy for them like I should, I just feel sad for us. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you, sometimes it's seems that's all we can do xx
