Hello- wondering if anyone has had similar experiences.
I'm coming to the end of my first cycle on Clomid. I didn't ovulate, which I'm gutted about. But this morning I have the first feels of my period coming. Hubby just called and I ripped him about for nothing!! I was fuming and irritable and completely lost it for no good reason. Came off the phone and calmed down- it just felt very hormonal?! I'm not normally that bad- is ot possible the Clomid has something to do with it?

Clomid made me crazy! I actually had two very significant outbursts at work with colleagues and it was very uncharacteristic and I put it down to the clomid. This was twice on two separate occasions. Cycle 1 and cycle 2. You will be ok though x
That's so much- it's nice to know I'm not going nuts!
Are there any other side effects you think I should be aware of? X
I was the same while taking it. I got horrendous hot flushes and would explode if my poor husband dared to talk to me while I was having one! Try not to feel bad, it's something that can't be helped xx
Thank you- just feel bad for hubby- it came from nowhere and I was horrible!! Glad you've said that about hot flushes because I'm having them a lot too x
I felt bad for mine too but the nurse had warned us it could affect my moods so he was expecting it at some point! I bought a little hand held fan from the pound shop and kept it in my bag for when I had a flush. It really came in handy Xx
I did 3 cycles of clomid. First one my cycle was 37 days. Second one I don't even think I ovulated but had a bleed about day 53. Then started third and just got my bfp.
It was very stressful when it worked first cycle and didn't work second but the chemical does build up in your body.
