So tomorrow means the start of stimming!!!

So today we've had our baseline scan and despite my earlier worries it has worked. My body managed to do as it should have! Brownie points to myself!

So we've now had a meeting with the nurse. I start stimming tomorrow. I have my 1st scan next Wednesday and every other day before EC on the 26th.

Feeling a whole host of emotions. Including excited and happy as many of you ladies have pointed out us IVF ladies are strong and we can do this!

Oh, that's great news. EC this month, seems to have come round so fast (although I'm sure it doesn't feel that way) 😊

It's funny the lead up seemed to go really quickly but since I started the treatment everyday has seemed so long. God help me if I make the 2 WW. You won't be that far behind xx

I know, it's hard to know how you'll cope in the 2 ww but all we can do is focus on getting there and then it's out of our hands. It'll be here before you know it!

Feel positive today, been at the clinic and filled out all the consent forms and my OH had his pre-op so it's all feeling more real 😀

It's amazing we've already been through so much. We're further on than I thought so I'm trying to take it one day at a time!

Ohh the getting started bit is so exciting! (and a bit nerve racking) How's your OH doing? I've got to admit I feel less entitled to complain of any side effects considering what my OH went through. I just keep thinking well if he can do that I can definitely do this xx

Yes, you are right, if our OH's can cope with the pain of a sperm retrieval then we definitely can too! I just hope it's not all in vain and that we find some swimmers 🤞

I have got absolutely everything crossed for you guys! As we were leading up to my OH's I just kept thinking how amazing he was for willing to put himself through it. I remember thinking even if it doesn't work he had literally given it everything he could. It has brought us a lot closer together. I just hope I can get us there now xx
