Naturally pregnant 😮

So i have had bleeding for weeks and it wouldnt go away i went to my gp who did a urine test and swab well 3days later on my birthday i got the phone call to say i was pregnant 😮What a shock i also did a test yesterday which is still positive 2-3 wks which is roughly 4-5wks i have to test again friday. Before calling early pregnancy again theres so much running threw my head ect misscarage,ectopic ive never been pregnant in my life and have had one fail ivf ive read the bleeding could be harmless but still im worryed 😱
