All symptoms gone! 2ww nightmare!

Been going mad like all you women out there in same boat! The 2ww 😬 been having twinges sore boobs usual stuff but also realise could be cyclegest! But then started with really bad lower back ache to the point it was effecting me doing everyday duties then also had very slight and I mean slight tiny slither of old brown blood. This was on day 5pt. Woke up this morning ( day 7pt) to back ache gone yet been in pain for last 2 days with it and now pain and aches like a period properly coming in my lower tummy!! I might not be preggers but the way I'm going I'll be crazy!! 😩 how soon can AF come after egg transfer. Still got to wait a week to test unless I come on.

ohhhhh i feel your pain, im 4dpt & my back is killing me. i had my bloody cyclogest increased to x3 daily yesterday. i was up & down all night - just couldn't sleep with cramps & aches.

do you think brown spotting could be implantation bleed?

i don't think AF will come until you stop progesterone.

Hey thanks for the reply. Hate to tell you but I lost the 2 little embies this morning. 😭😪😪😪. I'm bleeding very heavy. But explains why all of a sudden the back aches stopped. Absolutely devastated and didn't expect to bleed so early on. Good luck to you xxx
