Just wanted to know if anyone else is in the early 2 week wait period. I have on day 5 post transfer and have had cramps non stop. I’ve noticed it’s straight after the lubion and cyclogest. I get the cramps and then it goes away. Anxious and worried for the out come last cycle failed in March hoping for a better outcome.

Hi, I am in 2ww, I had bad cramps yesterday and also lower back pain, I also started spotting few days ago 🥲 although I did get early bfp I am not so confident now that everything is ok and peachy. Cramps could be exactly from progesterone
Hi! I'm in the 2ww. Testing next Friday - the 26th. I've also had cramping. But it could be a side effect of egg collection/embryo transfer? It's difficult to do symptom spotting as it can go either way! Just a gruelling wait. 🫠
My test day is also 26th July. The embryo that was transferred was only given a 10-15% chance of implanting and it's my very last one, so I'm not in a great place mentally. No cramps or anything yet which is amazing considering how awful my transfer was yesterday! Wishing everyone all the luck in the world 🍀
I know they don’t recommend testing early but I’ve started testing from yesterday and it’s been negative. My successful round I was testing positive from day 8.
I've never had a positive test result. We're on our 3rd cycle of IVF. I'd rather know sooner rather than later that it's not worked or if it's a chemical I still think "okay so it tried to implant" and that's information. I might change my mind if this actually happened but I think 9dpt with an early detection test is highly accurate especially as mine are 5 and 6 day blastocysts. I find the TWW more torturous than the result. At least with a result I can plan my next steps and get back to focusing on other things.
Hi, I'm 8dp3dt of two embryos. This time the bloating & cramping has been intense since my egg collection sometimes so bad i have to take paracetemol. The nurses told me to take it to ease the pain and that way I don't think about it and stress out. I think the progesterone could be one cause i did notice I'm worse after it and i read somewhere cramping is not a sign of success or failure it's your body's response to the procedure given the nature of what they actually do. Best of luck to all of you!!
Its so so hard isn't it, my official beta test day is tomorrow, but I caved and tested yesterday at 12dp3dt and it was negative. I feel like I knew this deep down and it wasn't such a shock tbh. Hang in there not far off now, i wish you all the best 🙏
Hi, I had cramps during my whole 2WW and still have them now (interestingly my sister had this with her non-IVF pregnancies too). I tested positive at the end of 2WW (this is my second transfer) & I’m still positive now despite some bleeding the day before the 1st test & a couple of other bits of spotting. I will be 6 weeks today & have my early 7 week scan next week. The 2WW is always a struggle. Hopefully the cramps are just an annoying progesterone side effect.
Hi Siba, I'm in the 2WW also and have to test on Friday. It's been the longest fortnight in history so far 🫥
Since Sunday (day 10 post FET) I've had lower back pain and on/off bleeding. I'm concerned the Cyclogest pessaries are just stemming my period bleed to be honest but I'm trying my hardest to keep positive. I really hope your cramping is just implantation pain. Best wishes x x
2wW is so difficult!! Hang in there plenty of movies and gentle walks. Is this your first transfer? I have a question for anyone here - we have 5 embryos all really well graded and just had first transfer July 1st. Tested positive day 9 and blood test was negative so chemical pregnancy. Needless to stay was hugely disappointing.
But my questions are 1) have many of you had failed first FET? 2) how soon did you go for the 2nd? Any advice welcome x
Thanks am doing just that movies and cuddles with my first born. He was conceived through ivf in 2022 first round with low grade embryos. I don’t think focusing on the grading should be a concern from first hand experience.
Second round in March 2024 ended in chemical pregnancy with good grades embryos and I wanted to start pretty much straightaway. I was given the all clear to start in June with medication and transfer was last friday. I had one good grade and low grade embryo both transferred things I did or dr recommend differently was embryo glue, lubion as well as cyclogest changed to menipur for the stimulating drug,
